One toolbox for FiveM assets.
Ten tools for props, vehicles, liveries, clothing, tattoos and more – all right in your browser and on the same credit balance.
Prop Creator
Upload a 3D model and get a YDR with collision, LODs and embedded textures plus a YTYP – packed as a resource you can ensure straight away.
No placeholders. Real game files.
Real collision
Box, convex hull or simplified mesh as a BVH – with GTA collision materials like metal, wood or concrete.
Automatic LODs
Up to four detail levels with matching distances, so your prop doesn’t eat performance from afar.
DDS with mipmaps
Textures are resized to powers of two, compressed to DXT1/DXT5 and embedded right into the YDR.
Ready resource
fxmanifest.lua, stream folder, YTYP entry and README – drop it in resources and ensure.
Spawn command included
Test your prop right away with /spawn_name. ACE restricted, so not every player can place props.

Frequently asked questions.
Straight answers to what people ask before their first export.
How do I turn a 3D model into a FiveM prop?
Upload your model in the Prop Creator, set size, collision and texture quality and start the build. You get a ZIP with a ready resource: copy it into your resources folder, ensure it, done.
Which file formats are supported?
GLB, glTF (with .bin and textures), FBX, OBJ (with MTL and textures), STL, PLY and DAE. You can drop several files at once or upload a ZIP.
Do I need Blender, Sollumz or CodeWalker?
No. The whole chain runs on our servers. All you need is a browser.
Does the prop have collision in game?
Yes, if you want it: box, convex hull or simplified mesh – each with a real GTA collision material like metal, wood or concrete.
What does an export cost?
A prop costs 5 credits. New accounts get 25 free credits. Credits are only taken when the build succeeds – if it fails you get them back automatically. Re-exporting the same upload is free for 7 days.
What happens to my files?
Uploads are only used for your build and deleted afterwards. The finished ZIP stays available for 7 or 30 days depending on your pass.
Can I sell or share the props on my server?
The generated files are yours. Make sure you own the rights to the uploaded model though – bought or downloaded models come with their own licence.
